Customization Policy for Connally Goods

At Connally Goods, we believe clothing should feel personal. Not just in style, but in fit too. Every body is different, which is why our garments are designed with flexibility in mind. Many of our pieces can be adjusted by a skilled tailor or sewist to better suit your measurements and preferences, whether that means taking something in, letting it out, or adjusting the length.

Please note that any garment customized or altered by Connally Goods is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of this, we strongly recommend working with an experienced professional for any additional alterations after purchase.

We’re also happy to offer select customization services in-house. Since custom work requires additional pattern adjustments, cutting, and production time outside of our regular batches, the following policies apply.

Alterations to Existing Styles

We can make simple adjustments to many of our existing designs. For smaller or more straightforward changes, we often recommend working with a local tailor, as it may be more affordable and allow for a more precise fit.

More detailed changes, such as complex hems or specialty design adjustments, require additional time and craftsmanship, which is reflected in the pricing below.

Turnaround Time

Customized or altered garments require additional production time. Please allow an extra 4–6 weeks on top of our standard processing timeline.

Extra Fabric for Local Alterations

If you’d prefer to work with your own tailor or sewist, we may be able to provide extra fabric for length additions, button changes, or other custom details for an additional charge. Contact us directly for availability and pricing.

Made-to-Measure Options

If you don’t see a size that works for you, we also offer made-to-measure options in select original designs.

This process begins with a custom digital pattern adjustment based on your measurements. Each garment is individually cut and sewn with care to create a more personalized fit.

Clients who purchase a made-to-measure piece also have the option to purchase their custom pattern block for future orders in different fabrics or releases. Please contact us for more details about this service.

As with all custom work, made-to-measure orders will extend our regular production timeline.

  • Blend Sizes: $150
  • Increase Rise: $75
  • Decrease Rise: $65
