Our locally made goods ship from our studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada around the world. We offer flat rate shipping in the US and Canada. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please see individual listings for details on production times. 

All our shipping material is recyclable or compostable!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not accept cancellations on orders. If you've made an error or wish to edit your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note we ONLY accept exchanges and returns for store credit within 10 days after receipt of delivery. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

We truly want you to feel at home in our clothes and recognize the challenges online shopping presents. We offer exchanges or store credit for all garments (excluding custom goods, hats, scrunchies, or bags). All goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags. We do not offer refunds unless something is defective.

Just a quick heads up about our return shipping policy - we don't cover shipping costs, unless we made a mistake (which we try our best not to!). When you send the item(s) back to us, we'll hook you up with a store credit for the amount of your order. Just make sure to send it with a tracking number so we can keep an eye on it. Email us with the tracking info, and we'll take care of the rest. If you don't spring for tracked shipping, we can't be held responsible for what happens to your order. We have a US address too, if that makes shipping easier for you! Thanks for understanding!

At Connally Goods, we take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with an error or fault, please do not hesitate to contact us by email. We would greatly appreciate it if you could include photos and a brief explanation of the issue so we can better understand the problem and find a solution that works best for you. Rest assured, we are committed to standing behind the quality of our garments and will do everything we can to make it right within 90 days of your purchase. However, please keep in mind that normal wear and tear is not covered under our policy.

When returning items internationally, label your return as "Returning Canadian Goods" to avoid being charged duties. If the package is not marked correctly and duties are charged to receive the return, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please email us, and we will do everything possible to sort things out.
