How do I find the right size for me?

Why do I only see Canadian pricing?
Our site is set to automatically default to Canadian dollars. You can switch this to your preferred currency in the top right corner of the web page. If you do not see your currency please don’t hesitate to reach out to hello@connallygoods.com so we can adjust this. -

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept digital wallet options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other similar platforms, as well as AfterPay. -
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times within Canada range from 5 business days to 2 weeks. This can take longer during the holidays. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processes and location factors. If you're purchasing something for a specific event, please consider these timelines when making your order. For pre-order items, please consult the listing for details on production times. -
Can I track my order's shipping status?
Automatic tracking is provided for all parcels shipped within the US and internationally. However, Canadian parcels shipped using the standard option do not come with tracking by default. You have the option to add tracking during the checkout process. -
My order didn't arrive. What do I do?
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery before reaching out to your local carrier for further assistance. -
What materials are used in your clothing items?
We prioritize natural materials in our creations, incorporating organic cotton, tencel, denim, ahmisa silk, farm hide leather and linen into our designs. -

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?
We do provide wholesale pricing to independent boutiques. Please contact us for more information. -
Are your products ethically sourced or eco-friendly?
We take pride in our commitment to ethical sourcing and eco-friendliness. Our designs feature a range of materials, including organic cotton, tencel, denim, ahimsa silk, farm hide leather and linen, all chosen with sustainability in mind. -
How do I care for and wash the clothing items?
While specific care instructions are included with each item, we generally recommend washing your garments in cold water and opting for line drying. This helps extend their lifespan and aligns with our commitment to environmental responsibility. -
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Connally Goods operates exclusively as an online store. -
Are your clothing items pre-shrunk?
While we strongly advise checking the care instructions provided for each item, as a general guideline, our fabrics are preshrunk. For both extended garment lifespan and environmental considerations, we suggest washing your items in cold water and choosing to line dry them. -
